Your task is to find every single person in the area and start hitting them in the nuts. They will be walking around the block and you may move around using the mouse cursor. Your wacky fairy like character will fly around with his wand. But he has no intention of giving people free wishes. Instead, he will leave them in excruciating pain. Place the cursor over a person and wait for the red crosshair to appear. Left click on the target and let the mischievous fairy to do the rest.
